We hope that you love your order and it holds a place in your wardrobe for a very long time! However, if you have changed your mind please email us specifying the reason for your return and we will send you the returns address.

Please note that all items are returned at the customer’s expense.

  1. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on it ways back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

A returns claim must be sent to us via email no later than 14 days from the date you receive your item. You will then have 14 extra days to return the item to us, unfortunately we will not accept returns after this time has passed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and all labels still intact. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to refund your item(s).


Refunds will be processed when we receive the item back. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.


We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. 

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
